The Restaurant

Hotel Glencairn was built in 1904 and has overlooked the Glencairn Vlei and beach for over 100 hundred years.  Under new management this old dame has been revamped and restored to her former glory.  Hotel Glencairn boasts 5 en-suite Hotel rooms, Restaurant, Pub and office space.  It is a uniquely South African establishment that celebrates our culture with a retro, quirky twist.

The restaurant offers a variety of Gourmet Burgers as well as a “Pub Lunch” style menu to name but a few.  Occasional Live bands can be enjoyed on our deck on weekend afternoons. Our weekday specials are certain to delight. The restaurant is child friendly with new swings and play area to keep the little people entertained. We are also dog friendly and your “furr” children are welcome on our deck if they are on a lead.

The Stoep and Swing continues to offer its awesomeness with daily drinks specials, Vinyl DJ’s playing rocking tunes from the 60s through to the 90s, live bands, Quiz nights and full sized Table Tennis on Sundays and Mondays.
